Grief has no timeline. Learn how therapy can support you through the waves—no matter where you are.

Most of us have heard of the five stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance) but grief is often misunderstood. You might expect it to “fade” with time, only to feel it hit you unexpectedly. That’s because grief is not linear.
You might experience:
Numbness followed by intense emotion
Good days and hard days
Confusion about what’s “normal”
All of this is normal. At Hope Prevails, we offer a safe, compassionate space for you to honour your grief, without judgment or timelines.
You don’t have to grieve alone. We're here to support your healing, one step at a time💛
